We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager who will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects for our German-speaking clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong project management skills, excellent German language proficiency (C1), and an interest in growing within a dynamic and international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees financial results and profitability, analyzing key cost and revenue factors to maintain healthy project margins and support sustainable growth;
- Actively identifies opportunities for improvement and expansion of business cooperation with existing clients;
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in German and English;
- Proactively engages in networking and business development activities to establish connections with new clients and drive account growth;
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to delivery within the BPO sector;
- Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure goals are achieved on time and within budget;
- Sets clear goals and priorities for team leaders, coordinates and mentors their activities, and ensures optimal working conditions for high-quality performance across teams;
- Recognizes and communicates training needs to strengthen employee effectiveness, support business objectives, and foster a culture of engagement and satisfaction;
- Develops regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance metrics, including productivity, resource utilization, attendance, and other operational indicators within the area of responsibility;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows;
- Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in BPO or a related field;
- Excellent German language skills (C1) and strong English (B2) communication skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines;
- Strong understanding of operational performance metrics, financial principles, and margin management;
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data management, reporting, dashboards);
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
