We’re Hiring: Global Commercial Insights & Deal Manager

What You’ll Actually Do
You're going to be the brain behind how we position, shape and deliver our solutions to the world.
You’ll support our Global Deal Desk, working closely with sales, operations and leadership to help craft standout proposals, killer presentations and compelling RFP responses. You’ll turn strategy into story, from complex data to digestible insight.
Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like:
- Supporting commercial opportunities across the world while mostly working in your own time zone (we respect balance).
- Owning the creation of high-quality sales proposals, pitch decks and customer-facing materials.
- Collaborating with sales reps, ops managers and directors to align on strategy and positioning.
- Applying creativity to everything: how we present, pitch and package our ideas.
- Managing information, details and deadlines like a boss.
- Jumping in on event support with a can-do, task-oriented mindset.
- Reporting directly to the Group, Global Director of the Deal Desk with exposure to our Group Chief Commercial Officer/Board Member
- Being responsive to urgent/ad hoc requests.

What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Design, Economics, or something relevant.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You’ve done the work and know how to deliver.
- Strong command of English (C1+ speaking and writing required) and fluency in at least one more language. Bilingual is a must!
- Strong command of Math and Statistics.
- A pro at PowerPoint and we mean it. If you can’t rock a slide deck, this won’t be your gig.
- Comfortable working in MS Office Suite + Excel at an advanced level (financial proposals are part of the deal).
- You understand the world of tech, AI and outsourcing or you're eager to learn really, really fast.
- You’re hands-on, strategic and proactive. You think in solutions and never wait to be told what to do.
- You love research and insights, analyzing trends, and thinking differently. You don’t just challenge the status quo — you redefine it.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs):
- Proposal Quality Score: Measured by internal stakeholder feedback and win rate impact.
- Turnaround Time: Deliver proposals within required deadlines with minimal revisions.
- Sales Enablement Effectiveness: Quality and creativity of sales materials produced.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: High ratings from sales and operational leads you work with.
- Proactivity & Insight: Number of proactive trend analyses, market insights, or presentation enhancements delivered each quarter.
