Due to continued growth and market development, we are searching for a English Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.

General Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of English at B2 / advanced (fluent) speaker level
  • At least a high school graduate (Equivalent certification valid for international university graduates)
  • Fluent with a clear diction
  • Customer and service-oriented
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours (able to work in shifts)
  • Confident in persuasion skills
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Successful in interpersonal relationships
  • Good Computer knowledge
