As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all questions about our brands and specific services and products. You will be the one who makes the difference in customer experience and wants to help customers with all their questions.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist users (customers, couriers, and partners) via Chat, Email, and Call channels, ensuring clear and helpful communication.

  • Provide accurate information and strive to deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Take ownership of user cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Who You Are and What We Expect:

  • Empathetic and Customer-Focused: You are passionate about customer service and derive satisfaction from helping others.

  • Qualifications: Higher education is a plus, with training in customer service preferred. Experience with databases is advantageous.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient PC skills are essential.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Georgian (oral and written) is mandatory, with good English skills. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a sense of responsibility.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work with tech products and understand Glovo’s value proposition.

  • Resilience: Capable of handling difficult situations and maintaining focus in a stressful environment.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Flexibility: Glovo operates 24/7 so candidates should have a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional night shifts.


Work Arrangements:

  • Training: Initial training is conducted onsite with mandatory attendance.

  • Production Phase: Upon completion, remote work may be available contingent on stable internet and electricity.

  • Office Requirements: Flexibility to return to the office if needed due to interruptions or performance issues. Performance requirements and metrics are defined by Glovo. 

  • Attendance Policy: Strict monitoring of absenteeism; all absences must be justified.
