We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and take on full responsibility for customer service.


As an Operation Manager you will be responsible for smooth project operation – from budgets, systems, processes, client satisfaction and people perspective on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities:

Co-create and implement the overall project strategy.

Monitor the achievement of set goals, analysis of costs, productivity, and quality of work and act to meet the KPIs and overachieve.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to improve the company's business processes and report to management.

Maintain communication and good customer relations at all times.

Lead Team Leaders and show by example how to engage and inspire teams to deliver against the plan.

Recognize talent and react promptly to nurture it.
